Master Ren GuangYi has worked tirelessly to bring Chen style Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) to the West since 1991. Italian champion Roberto Chiti Steinmetz uses a long, metal, power tools, hand tools, small to give a lathe and sanding a block of alabaster in a bowl during a demonstration in Middletown High School. Chiti visited the Appoquinimink School District for six weeks as part of the new districts Artist in Residence Program, Delaware connects with the city of Volterra, Italy through art. His work will be on the premises of 4 April to 21 July, at the Biggs Museum of American Art in Dover. TheMuseum will host a sculpture of light: Volterra, Italy in Delaware, an exhibition that features more than 200 pieces of ancient alabaster sculptures, which were excavated by the Etruscans.
